Difference In Vacuum Sealer And Gas Flush Sealer

Gas flush sealer and vacuum sealer are both used extensively for the purpose of sealing of the products. These sealers ensure vacuum sealing of the product. There is still a little difference between vacuum and gas sealer. Both these machines are required for industries, but there is some product that does not require gas flush technique they can easily opt for vacuum sealers. Here is the difference in both Vacuum sealer and Gas flush vacuum sealer.

Vacuum sealer

This is the sealer that vacuums all the air in the pack. It is available as a tabletop vacuum sealer and other types of sealers. These sealers do not have an additional gas attachment space that would flush special gas in the product packaging to aid in the preservation of the product. This is mainly because the product does not need additional support of other gas and stays safe in vacuum until opened. Or there are certain products that degrade with use of this gas in them so it is not suitable to use these vacuum gas flush sealer.

Vacuum gas flush sealer

This sealer is one that works like vacuuming gas from the product. It would then flush in gas like hydrogen, nitrogen and other mixtures as required. It has an additional gas attachment that would flush in gas into the pack. This helps in keeping product safe with the help of special gases. These sealers do the function of vacuum sealer as well, but the addition of gas can often raise the cost of packing. These sealers are mostly chosen only when the packaging of the product demands special preservation of the product. It is a very good method of packaging that increase the shelf life of the product.
